The Eurasian Empire

The Eurasian Empire is a large country that occupies prime real estate on two continents. The nation refers to itself as an empire – a throwback to the days when it was a monarchy that expanded to conquer other peoples and lands. Today, the Eurasian Empire is actually an aggressive authoritarian regime governed by the Central Committee of the Imperial Council, an organization that closely resembles the Communist party.

The Eurasian Empire had, for many years, modeled itself on the great communist nations of the 20th century. But over the past few years, there has been a shift within the Central Committee toward new, more sophisticated policies that blend traditional authoritarian rule and modern independent action by some governmental entities, to include the military.

The flag of the Eurasian Empire is a gray standard with a double-headed eagle, which represents the Empire looking back at a proud and glorious past, while simultaneously looking forward to progress and innovation.

The Eurasian Union is a gigantic country, but it is fairly ambiguous on a map. In fact, there are very few geographic places that can be nailed down on a map. This allows for some flexibility in using the Empire as an opposing force to other imagi-nations. We know that the Empire shares a short section of its south-west border with the Kingdom of Mahishmati. The Empire covets the fertile agricultural land in Mahishmati. There are also two major sea ports with naval bases: Skinkograd on the Black Sea near Georgia, and Chorrovostok in the northern Pacific near Vladivostok.
